Logan & Cove luxury pillow-top mattresses are made with ultra-premium foams, fabrics, and steel. The top cover is made with ultra-soft, hypoallergenic, and breathable eucalyptus-derived fibres. The pillow-top contains an antimicrobial, temperature-regulating silk blend, a layer of heat-dissipating cooling gel foam, and a layer of contouring soy-infused eco-foam. The mattress core contains a layer of supportive soy-infused eco-foam, and motion isolating individually pocketed coils. The mattress core is encased in engineered edge support foam to provide robust support for getting in and out of bed.
Acceptable foundations include: adjustable bases; solid platform beds; horizontally slatted foundations with slats no less than 2″ in width and gaps no more than 3″ apart; and foundations specifically designed for mattresses. Queen, King, and California King size require a centre support beam.
Do not use a foundation or platform made of metal wire.

Does Logan & Cove have an odor or off-gas?
Logan & Cove contains high-grade materials that have little to no odor or chemical off-gassing. Our cooling gel, contouring, and support foams are certified by the CertiPUR-US® program. They do not contain any harmful chemicals or heavy metals, nor do they impact air quality. There is no need to air out your mattress overnight. Any faint odors or smells should dissipate within 24 hours.
Is there an adjustment period?
It is common for some sleepers to take extra time to adjust to their new mattress. Because of this, we require that customers take at least 30 days to try their mattress before initiating a return.
I’m allergic to latex. Is that a problem?
We don’t use latex in any of our products.
How often should I rotate my mattress?
It is recommended that the Logan & Cove mattress is rotated every 3 months. The Logan & Cove mattress should never be flipped.

How do I setup my Logan & Cove mattress when it arrives?
Move the box to the desired bedroom, open the box, and take out your new Logan & Cove mattress. Unroll your Logan & Cove and remove the plastic protection. Watch the mattress expand and enjoy. Be sure to keep the plastic in the event of a return; the remaining packaging materials can be recycled.
If my Logan & Cove is too firm or too soft, will you ship me a free topper?
No. Some companies send out cheap foam toppers from China to try to reduce return rates. Instead of this, we focused on making our Logan & Cove mattresses better, with a longer sleep trial, and don’t recommend ever using a cheap topper. If Logan & Cove isn’t right for you, returns are painless and easy.
Are returns free?
Yes, returns are free within the 120-night trial. You must sleep on your Logan & Cove mattress for at least 30 nights before you can return it.
How do I arrange a return?
Contact us between nights 30 and 120 of your sleep trial, and we’ll arrange for your mattress to be collected by one of our removal partners. Once removed, we’ll issue a full refund. The return timeline can vary depending on your location and what local services are available. To initiate a return, simply login to your account, or email email@example.com with your order number included in the subject line. We will respond promptly to organize the return.
What happens to returned mattresses?
We never resell or restock returned mattresses. In fact, we do our best to donate returned mattresses to local charities and community organizations. If we cannot donate it due to relevant provincial or municipal laws, we’ll have a trusted recycling partner remove it from your home.
How will my refund be processed?
Once the pick-up has been confirmed by the mover or charity, your refund will be requested. Refunds are processed within 1 to 2 business days, and a confirmation email will be sent to you once complete. It can take between 2 to 5 business days for the refund to be reflected on your banking records, depending on your financial institution.
