Debuting in 2018, Logan & Cove is Canada's original boxed luxury hybrid mattress. Since then, it has accumulated more than 5,000 reviews from satisfied customers. The Hush mattress only has about 100.
More importantly, however, are the reviews that a company does not control – like on third-party platforms. Logan & Cove has "Excellent" and "A+" ratings from both Trustpilot and the Better Business Bureau, respectively.*
Unfortunately, Hush has a "Bad" rating on Trustpilot and an "F" rating on BBB. The most common customer complaints are poor customer service, unfulfilled orders, and product quality issues.
